Hospital wins partnership award, 11 February 2011
Brisbane Waters Private Hospital has won this year's Hunter TAFE Institute Industry Partnership Award. Surgical ward nursing manager Ms Rosemary Strutt accepted the award on behalf of the hospital at the award ceremony held on Friday, May 27, at Caves Beachside Resort.

No bones about it - Central Coast Express-Advocate, 15 December 2010
A BONE density scanner at Brisbane Waters Private Hospital means Peninsula residents no longer have to travel to Erina or Gosford for osteoporosis tests. The bone mineral densitometry scanner will allow doctors to diagnose patients with, or at risk of, osteoporosis and monitor patents already being
treated for the disease.

TWO years ago the Central Coast Clinic opened to provide private mental health services for residents of the coast and surrounding areas. It is located in Brisbane Waters Private Hospital and has continued to expand since its opening.

Advance in heart surgery - Central Coast Express-Advocate, 25 August 2010
A new heart procedure offering an advance in stroke prevention was performed at Brisbane Waters Private Hospital in July. Surgeon Brendan Gunalingam successfully implanted a Watchman device in patient Peter Lach who suffered from atrial fibrillation.
